What time is check-in and check-out?

  • Check-in is from 2:00 PM onwards
  • Check-out is by 10:00 AM. 

Early check-in or late check-out may be available on request (subject to availability).

How can I make a booking?

You can book directly through our website, by phone, or via major holiday accommodation platforms.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

Yes, a deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your stay. The remaining balance is usually due on arrival.

What types of accommodation are available?

Coomera Holiday Village offers caravan and motorhome sites and camping areas. 

Is the park pet-friendly?

Yes, selected caravan and camping sites are pet-friendly. Please check with reception when booking and review our pet policy for details.

What facilities does the park offer?

Facilities include a swimming pool, BBQ areas, camp kitchen, laundry and free Wi-Fi in common areas.

How close is the village to the Gold Coast theme parks?

  • Dreamworld and WhiteWater World – about 5 minutes’ drive
  • Movie World – about 10 minutes’ drive
  • Wet’n’Wild – about 10 minutes’ drive
  • Australian Outback Spectacular – about 10 minutes’ drive
  • Topgolf – about 10 minutes’ drive
  • Sea World – about 25 minutes’ drive

Is public transport available nearby?

Yes, bus services operate nearby, and Coomera Train Station is a short drive away, providing easy access to Brisbane and the Gold Coast.

What local attractions are nearby?

Besides theme parks, we’re close to Coomera River, shopping centres, restaurants, and the beaches of the Gold Coast.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations are accepted in line with our terms and conditions. Please contact reception for specific details based on your booking type.

Do you allow long-term stays?

Yes, subject to availability and management approval, we offer extended stay options for workers, relocations, or long holidays.

Is smoking allowed?

Designated outdoor smoking areas are available.
